No matter what industry you work in, pairing technical skills with management skills will prepare you to take on leadership roles and drive change. In our M.S. in Management and Leadership, you will gain a strong foundation in organizational behavior, strategic management, human resource management, and decision-making, while also building the interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to lead diverse teams and guide organizational change.
The curriculum blends core management skills with contemporary leadership theory and practice. Students learn through case studies, team-based projects, and problem-solving exercises.
Program Overview
Our master’s in management and leadership is a two-year, on-campus program designed to expand the career prospects of working professionals like you, who have a desire to grow their leadership skills. Courses are held on weekday evenings and on Saturdays to accommodate your schedule. Upon graduation, you will be prepared for roles requiring strong management and leadership competencies.

BUS 477 Analytics for Decision-Making This course will offer you a comprehensive presentation of Microsoft Office Excel 201x, help acquaint you with the proper procedures to create workbooks and worksheets suitable for coursework and professional purposes, and enhance and reinforce your analytical skills and ability to intelligently use information. You will also learn about the art and science of spreadsheet modeling and get exposure to the different approaches, support tools, and analytical methods for decision-making as well as improve your critical thinking skills.
Leadership and Organizational Design To succeed in today’s knowledge-intensive organizations, managers need to understand how individual differences in personality, learning style and cultural values, group dynamics, organizational culture, and human resource management policies shape employee attitudes and behaviors. This course teaches you creative problem-solving and ethical decision-making, change management, and leadership techniques for enhancing social capital and influencing other organizational members, as well as management tools for multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. You will relate management concepts and techniques to real-world situations through the extensive use of case studies and experiential exercises.
